This keeper is used with spring catches mounted at the sill or head. The notch allows the finger guard of the spring catch to pass below the engagement point to ensure proper sealing. Opposite hand available (217 002). -
This keeper comes in a version with countersunk holes for flat head screws (204 146) shown and a version with straight holes for round head screws (204 042) not shown. -
This keeper is similar to the 204 002 but is designed for to fit larger sweep locks. The 204 058 shown, has a milled mounting section. The 204 115 is un-milled, not pictured and has a flush mounting surface on the back side of the keeper. -
This keeper is designed to fit most of the Bronze Craft sweep locks. It allows the meeting rails to pass by one another and mounts in such a way that the mounting screws are in shear stress, not tension which is a much stronger method of attachment. This keeper is similar to the 204 010 but is completely flat to allow for the meeting rails to slide without any interference. -
